Aroma is slightly acetic, with wine vinegar, leather, dark fruits with raisins and prunes, as well as tannins and minerals. Velvety, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of cherries and plums, as well as leather, tannins, fruit pits and minerals. Semi dry finish.
