We handrafted this cider with natural orchard apples from the Styrian hills and took them on the English Ale yeast ride of their life. Then we added a generous twist of American West Coast Chinook and Centennial hops, and bang, our Wild Tree Hoppy Cider was born. Top notes of bright citrus and tropical fruits are followed by a refreshing full taste and well balanced bitterness.

330ml bottle from Pilango Cider Vault, London. Yellow golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and mellow apple & citrus hop aroma. Taste is fruity, green apple, citric hop, some apple skin and white wine notes. Medium bodied, fine slightly spritzy carbonation, dry acidic fruity hop finish. Nicely drinkable.

Hopfig-süßer, leider nicht säuerlicher Beginn. Etwas dumpf, süßlich. Okay. 9/7/8/8//8

Bottle shared thanks to Puttetjes. Almost clear golden with fizzy but lasting white head. Fresh apple, soft dank hops, pear juice, light lime, weeds, marijuana, soft funk. Lots of fresh apple juice here, with light hops. Under medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Almost medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Nice!

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours cloudy roseish amber. Aroma is citric fruit hops, apples, dry cider. Body is medium, crisply carbonated, quite sweet and pleasantly fruity, with a touch of avidity. Softly bitter. Dryish palate. Harmonic and refreshing, even if not overly complex. Good!

330ml bottle, from trade with Erich. Many thanks! Pours a misty yellow, thin white head. Aroma is noticeably fruity with lime and pineapple showing through. Taste has some similarly bright pineapple, grapefruit, lime and passionfruit flavours alongside some medium-sweet apple notes. Always been a bit wary of these hopped ciders, but this comes together well, blending a good tropical side with a fruity medium-sweet cider. Decent.

Bottle from SB. Pours pale golden with a brief, white head. Slightly tart, red apple dominates. Some vanilla and citrus underneath. Clean but not very complex.
