On tap at Uiltje.

Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, lots of coffee, dark fruits, ash, wood, grapes. Flavour is sweet with a smooth sweet finish. Great sipper.

A super interesting iteration of the spaghetti western. Really enjoy the original version, as it is a very nice espresso imperial stout. The espresso impy character is retained nicely here, with the addition of fruity barrel notes that should be expected from a grappa BA. Never had a grappa BA in general and I think most beers would not really fit that finish, whereas this works really well.

Granige en kruidige koffie RIS op fruitige en licht boozy grappa. Het is vrij robuust allemaal, maar het werkt prima

Bottle @ Fermentoren. Pours pitch black with a medium brown head. Aromas of cocoa, tobacco, fruity coffee, chilies, slight vanilla, tequila-like booziness. Taste is cocoa beans up front, fruity coffee, malt, molasses, roasty notes with some licorice and slight alcohol. Barrels leave some oaky and woody flavours with some tart notes. Not much.

Bottle, thanks Raul. Big barrel, plastic, booze, sweetness. Mushrooms! Very nice. Prefered it before the barrel I think though. Full and rich, vinous.

Bottle. Black. Wood and grappa dominating the aroma. Initial licorice in the malty sweet flavor, but wood and grappa present themselves, though not as dominant as in the aroma. Lauwel in the finish. Nice.
