Bottle, #151, 12 months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy, with a big creamy head, off white head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread and toffee, as well as some herbal hops with citrusy notes. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread, caramel and burned sugar, as well as herbal hops.

Bottle. Clear, dark golden body with a small off-white head that fades. Not much aroma, some malt and fruit. Flavor is mild, soft malt, some fruit in general and moderate bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Pretty average and one dimensional all the way, not much interesting at all.

Small white head doesn’t last. Clear, still, deep brown body. Earthy caramelly aroma with cardboard notes. Dry-sweet cardboard and caramel taste with earthy faintly smoky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish earthy caramel aftertaste with fruity notes. Lingering mineraly flavour. Well. It’s not actually repulsive. It’s not very good, either. (0.5l bottle, from Gulating Strømmen. Batch #111.)
