Bottle 500ml @ gunnfryd
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grape, peach and pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, peach, piney and grape finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Hazed deep golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Malty, citric, fruity and some pine in the flavor. Nice easy drinkable ale.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is dry grassy, weeds, leafs, minerals, moss, pine needles, harsh hops, lawn, flowers, bark, paper, soap. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, leafs, alcohol, bark, harsh grass, hops, paper, hay, flowers, soap. Medium to longlasting bitterness, watery and harsh soapy mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 01.12.16. Clear orange. White head and lacing. Superb aroma of fresh grass, meadows and English hops. Similar taste, with pale malt in the background. Medium bitterness. Vey, very good! Superb quaffability!

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med Ovesen ombord på Fridtjoffen: klar, dyp kobberfarge med flott, storboblet skum. Deilig humlearoma (sammen med malt og karamell) og minst lkme god smak - mye lekkert i bare 4,6%, og den tydelige maltkroppen bringer tankene i retning en god engelsk esb, både mht farge og smak. Urter, noen toner av skogbunn, litt gress og karamell. Balansert og behagelig ettersmak.
