A deep, easy drinking and well rounded porter with a bitter sweet fusion of yummy plums, balanced against dark nutty chocolate flavours.

24/8/2023. Cask at the 44th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear dark maroon brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is plummy, malty, chocolate, caramel, nut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Watery with soft carbonation. Nice aroma but lacked some body.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Brown with a reddish glow and a thick light-brown head. It has a slightly sweetened plum taste and aroma and is very easy in the palate.
