«Žyhulioŭskaje 80 year» is a limited edition released on the anniversary of the legend of co-brewing. Thanks to the recipe close to the norms of the Soviet time, the taste of the novelty is almost identical to «Žyhulioŭskaje», which has become the standard of beer and a symbol of the era for many generations. To do this, the brewers used a special blend of malts and hops, getting saturated full-bodied light beer.

Pours clear gold with a white rocky head that lasts quite for a while. Aroma: grains, vegetal hop. Light to medium body. Taste: clean sweetish malts, vegetal and grassy hops. light bitterness. Actually a decent lager. I just did not like this green-pea-like hop profile.

500 ml. Golden-colored, clear, white foam head. Sweet aroma of barley malt, light candies and caramel, light hint of grassy hops. Taste: malt, candies, a little caramel and corn sticks, mild bitterness.
