22/8/2021. Can courtesy of ITFCdan. Pours hazy pale golden orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is super juicy, tropical, resinous, oranges, herb, fruit biscuit, hints of chive. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Full bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Cloying boozy finish. Very good and packs a punch.

On tap from brouwcafe de molen. Pours a slightly hazy orange to amber, small head. Aroma is strong pine, resin, herbal hops, juicy grapefruit, orange, peach and mango. Like a very juicy version of an old school imperial IPA. Big body. Flavour is very malty, clean with some caramel malt. Smooth. Pine and resin, light bitterness, put definitely dank. Juicy, especially grapefruit, orange and mango. Finish is bittersweet, slightly dry. Really nice.

Can from the Plumsteadshire online shop. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Nose is pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, sweet citrus - usual suspects. Taste is peach, mango, yellow melon, pears in syrup, nectarine. Richer than a corrupt Tory donor. Long alcohol burn. Sweet fruit & booze in the close.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light malts, a light and semi dry creamy sweetness. Light pine overlays semi dry citrus that has a reasonable brightness but also brings a touch of pith. Some savoury hop and a little thin tropical fruits. Light dry finish. A mild spicy pithy linger. Having come here directly from the 8% Eris, I have to say the big brother 11% version doesn't come over as thicker, heavier and hotter, not at all. Remarkably, it comes over as a bit thinner and dryer. Not as easy to quaff, but that doesn't appear to be abv related to me.
