1/4/2026. Bottle shared by Robin, cheers. Pours with a big head. Aroma is grainy, malty, slightly smoked, touch of anchovy. Bittersweet taste. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

It is a regular lager, typical Swiss and German taste, not bad typical perle hop, metalic, malty, a bit watery, average, 19.08.17, serving me this beer at Bonfol.

Clear pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of grainy, grassy, some lemon zesty and wet cardboard notes; taste is quite hoppy with some metallic, bread crusty, herbal and spicy-peppery nptes; correct one

19.05.2020 - 0.29(!) l bottle, thanks amely. pours a very pale golden with a small head. aroma of black pepper, hay, slight spicy malts. flavour of black pepper, hay, some minerals and malts. light body, medium bitter finish.

Die Schweizer mögen Bio-Bier und uriges Zwickelbier; hier bekommt man wenigstens zweiteres. Es ist ein hefig-getreidiges Zwickel mit einem brotigen Unterton nach Toast. Nichts besonders, aber gut süffig zu trinken.
