The decadent chocolate character of our Stranger Than Fiction porter is turned up to 11 in this limited release brew with an infusion of sweet Cacao! We then paired it with loads of toasted coconut, giving it a whole new level of flavour and creaminess.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two and a half fingers of off white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and leave some light trickling lace
Aroma: milk chocolate; authentic toasted coconut; subtle roasted coffee beans, very light dose of dark chocolate underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together leaning towards the sweet side with some roastiness trying to help to balance; mild coconut to chocolatey aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness to the tongue; finishes semi-sweet with an ever so touch of roastiness
Overall: leaning towards the sweet side for the most part, this was actually a fairly nice easy drinking porter I could come back to.

Black with a medium sized foamy tan head. Bitter, dry, roasty and woody. No discernable chocolate or coconut. Long finish. Medium body.

Can. Blackish beer with a dark tan head. Big coconut aroma with chocolate. Toasted coconut and caramel flavor with chocolate. Medium bodied. Toasted coconut and chocolate linger with caramel.

Can at a tasting with the boys. Med-full body, high carbonation. Roast centered, lots of coffee, burnt, moderate cocoa. Medium coconut present too. Slightly woody, astringent character, might come off the coco. Overall pretty good though, tasty.

Can at BBT, thanks. Malty aroma and taste, tons of coconut, chocolate, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, malty coconut and cocoa bitter finish. Ok.

Shared at Bratislava tasting August 2021. Black color wit low beige head. Aroma: coconut, coconut waffers, nutty cake. Taste: coconut, nutty, roasted malt. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Really liked.

47.3 cl can @ Euphemos. Aroma has strong coconut tones. Flavour has coconut, mild licorice tones. Watery coconut stuff, not my thing. Rated on 2021-03-08.
