This is a steam lager brewed with a touch of smoked malt. Brewed as a thirst quencher that gives fruity character with the crispness and drinkability of a lager. A beer created by the brewers as a rebellion against the hop forward beers they saw as focus of so much attention.

Bottle Chiara leggermente velata schiuma abbondante un po grossolana leggere note citriche buona secchezza un po di astringenza esteri polvere limone un tocco sapido piuttosto frizzante amaro medio

Draught @ Øllets Dag 2014, Kolding. Pours cloudy straw with small white head. Clear aroma of fruit, hops and yeast. Deep, hoppy and estery flavour, with notes of malt and spicy touches. Bitter and rough aftertaste. Tastes like a mixture of Saison and Berliner Weisse with a touch of almonds. Still, quite good.
