Rød klar farge med rosa skum. Lukter bringebær og blåbær. Mild syrlig. Rips og mer syrlighet i avslutningen.

Can from Systembolaget. Aroma is a mix of ribena berries, yeast and bar toilets. Clear ribena colour. Decent taste although not as good as I was hoping and certainly an unexciting finish - although a reasonable tartness.

Deep purple and beautiful violet coloured body with a thinnish, just off-white head, only a centimetre tall. Aroma of crisp berries, light caster sugar, a dose of wheat, tart citrus and a dash of funky yeast. Light-bodied; Very sweet and super tart berry flavours dominate with a lot of fruity flavours and some very smooth sweet flavours that show a light dose of grapes, a ton of blackberries and some raspberry notes that leave a lot of tart notes, but finish with some wheat and dry, crisp finishes and a good deal of sugars. Aftertaste shows the tart and fruity elements up front with a dry and very easy-drinking wheat note and some smooth sugars at the very end. Overall, a nice crisp, very fruit-forward and sweet beer that shows a lot of good characteristics, while being easy-drinking - a nice sour throughout with a good fruit aspect. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Hy-Vee [grocery] in Lincoln, Nebraska on 20-January-2020 for US$1,67 sampled back on the East Coast at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Pungoteague, Virginia on 15-February-2020.
