Belgian style tripels are known to have an elevated alcoholic content while being devilishly smooth and easy to drink. Belgian candi sugar is used to increase potency while keeping the body light and offering flavors of lightly caramelized sugar. The Belgian yeast ties it all together with fruity aromas and flavors of sweet banana. Sip lightly!

Bottle Liz brought back from the brewery. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of banana and yeast/spice. Arguably full bodied. Flavor is light, light banana, some yeast and a touch of clove. Light malt support and some Kandi remnants seem to be present. Clean and somewhat delicate. Devastatingly easy drinker.

500 mL bottle at the Park City location. A golden yellow pour with a white head. Yeasty green grape and pear, candi sugar. Flavor has yeasty bubble gum, clove, pear, candi sugar, with a nice sweetness (but not too much of it). Very, very nice.

500 ml bottle, pours light amber clear with ring of foam. Full body. Banana aroma, cloyingly sweet banana and spice taste. Sweet boozy finish.

From a bottle purchased at the Utah state store in Moab. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a quickly dissipating off white head. Aroma of bananas and cloves. Flavors are sweet toffee with a mild hop bitterness. Smooth finish.
