Fra fat på Henrik øl&vinstove, sammen med Børge okt-20: uklar korngul med fint skum som varer. Banan, tyggis og milde citrusfrukter i en silkemyk maltkropp. Glasset ble fort tomt, noe det gjerne gjør i godt selskap.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo/arancio torbido, al naso leggero banana cereali limone chiodi di garofano, in bocca cereali chiodi di garofano banana limone e un buon retrogusto di malto, carbonazione moderata, corpo leggero, leggero watery, lieve acidula, amaro percettibile. Keg at the Euston tap. A hazed translucent golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is subdued, fishy, stake whwat, grass.. Flavour is composed of range banana loaf, doughy wheat tangy apple, frorhy carbonation. Palate is light tangy, froth carbonation, banana bread mineral. Ok.

Cloudy golden with a huge white dense head. High retention. Nose: wheat bread, clove, light banana. Light to medium body. Taste: light sweet, bready, spicy, fruity. Light banana. Low bitterness. There is plenty of better hefeweizens all around. Still OK.

Bottle @ the airport in Stuttgart. Pours cloudy amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and grain, with notes of banana. Sweetish, estery and malty flavour with notes of banana and sourish, grainy touches. Bitter hints of hops. Estery aftertastw with acidic and malty touches. Well, a regular beer for the style. Not bad but quite like so many others.

Troebel geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is helaas wat minder, licht zuur en licht fruitig maar niet echt de Weizen smaak die een goed Weizen heeft. Heeft een wat metallische bijsmaak en blijft evenmin lang hangen.
