Där i ett mörker som stilla, tyst och kallt håller grepp om varje knut fäller lyktans sken skuggor av det som innan varit dolt. Vår Polarnatt är den eviga nattens ölansikte och det bottenlösa mörkrets tröst. Den är en eklagrad extrem imperial stout med lätt sötma och toner av salmiak och vanilj. Njut den till en chokladstinn efterrätt, till ostbrickan eller som en solitär aperitif i kupat glas till skuggan av dig själv i skenet av ett ensamt ljus.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, sod, sweet licorice, light chocolate - cocoa. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, cocoa - chocolate, dark malt, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, sweet bitter, sweet licorice. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220417]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Black, smal beige head. Rich aroma of treacle and licorice. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and salty licorice, notes of coffee. Mid bitter finish.
