This collaboration is the fruit of hop hop farm and brewery coming together.

We love to brew with the finest ingredients that we can find, here we were extremely lucky to have had Hop Revolution supply delicious Nelson Sauvin direct from their farm in Nelson, NZ for this massive single-hop DIPA.

The Nelson hops bring notes of white grape, lychee and white peach to a soft, hazy body.

Can. Medium haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, quite airy and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Softish pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a touch of spicy pine that goes well with the bright citric melange of orange, tangerine and mandarin. A touch of candyish tropical fruits. Light juicy fruity finish with a pleasing mild nibbly hop spice. Goes down just a bit too easy.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Big fruity aroma with citrus and gooseberry. Sweetish fruity flavour with gooseberry and over-ripe kiwi. At first, it's sweet to the end, but bitterness creeps in, and leaves a DIPA hop burn, not as a big sensation, but more like an afterthought - which is quite perfect for a Nelson single hop.
