Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Light gold and clear with a tight white head. Aroma. Hmmm. Floral notes, sweet herbs, citrus, a bit of white pepper. Sweet taste, more citrus, resinous, a bit of persimmon,with a bitter finish. Wow, this is interesting. Not the top tier of IPAs but it's certainly got personality. Recommended.

Golden with a white head. Citrus, lemony, pale toasted malts. Bright and simple but nice. Medium bodied. Citrus finish.

Lemon, citrus, bitter and dry. A bit light bodied

Magus, mõru, kuiv, humalane, linnaseline, veits happeline. Ok

On tap at Dew Drop, Galway. Brnja's Stag Party. Clear yellow to golden. Aroma is moderately hoppy, citrusy, earthy. Thin, light, sweet, light bitterness. Smooth. Flavour is malty, citrusy, herbal. Dry finish but little bitterness.

Bière trouvée au Comptoir Irlandais. Robe dorée limpide, mousse blanche fine, assez persistante. Nez typique sur le houblon américain, avec une belle présence d’agrumes, surtout pamplemousse, et une légère touche herbacée. L’attaque est vive, bien sèche, centrée sur les houblons : agrumes, zeste, amertume nette. Ensemble plaisant, bien équilibré, mais le corps reste un peu en retrait. Une IPA sympa, rafraîchissante, qu’on aurait aimée un peu plus charpentée.

Tap at The Beer Temple, Dublin. Classic American IPA, a touch uninteresting maybe but surely without flaws.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo, cannella ed erbe aromatiche.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is resinous and fruity hops with tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, and pine resin. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a solid bitterness. Body is medium. Simply a fine classic west coast IPA.
