The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade. With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma of grassy hop, herbs and malt. Taste has grassy herbal hop, bitter floral dryness and some malt. About 2,5 months old, but tastes like it has already been a year since bottling. Expected more.

Tap. Friends of Ham, Leeds. Fashionably hazy, deep gold. Film of white head. Nose has grainy malts. Orange rind and pith. Some strawberry hop. Notes of pine needle and minty toffee. Taste is pithy and citrus oil bitter. Clean mouthfeel. Fine, sharp carbonation. Dries out somewhat towards the end. Nice and clean.

Tap at Against the Grain, Dublin. 5.8%. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, light grassy hop citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh woody light resin hop bitter, light tropical fruit palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ The Brew Dock, Dublin, shared with Niilstrong. Lightly hazy orange color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, fruity hops, hop bitter, bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Nice!

Bottle from The Beerhive. Amber body with a light haze and a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of biscuit, caramel and peach. Flavour of pine, orange pith and a hint of mango. Thin to medium body with a light, fizzy mouthfeel. Sharp and straightforward. Decent.

Poured from 500mL bottle (bb 03.08.17). Golden yellow with white head. Light grassy hops with mild citrus notes. Simple, drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of mango, resin, a touch woody. Taste has a limey bitterness, more resin. Light sweetness. Tangy finish.

Bottle from Dicey Reillys, Ballyshannon. Appearance - golden with a decent thin head. Nose - big mango and orange note, light resin and lime. Taste - more mango and lime. More resin. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a great example of the style.

Tap. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, grapefruit, pine, little sweet and medium bitter.

Draft at Northern Monk. Hazy golden orange color, white head. Nice fresh citrus aroma. Taste is bitter lemon and orange.
