Trying this bottle directly at the schützengarten restaurant. My rate is rather high but personally I was pleasantly surprised with this beer, a better version than the Feldschlösschen, giving a pleasant refreshing sensation, bready and malty, hop, 16.05.21

Bottiglia. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo, permanendo in maniera corta. Il mantello birroso superiore è evanescente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è misurato. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile. La continuità gustativa è impercettibile. Non ha un retrogusto particolare.

2.5 ist schon hart. Auf der Getreidigkeits-Malzsüsse-Skala eine 5. Hopfen kommt durch, bleibt aber Malzlimo.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy bready aroma. Light sweet and bitter flavor, Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Trocken bitter getreidiger Beginn, der keinen Zweifel am Alkoholentzug lässt. Unangenehme süße Cornflakes Noten, die Bitterkeit bleibt konstant. Muss nicht sein. 8/6/5/4/6/5

Neutral-getreidiger Antrunk. Nicht zu süßlich oder brotig. Süffig mit einer dezenten Herbe. Erst im Nachgeschmack kommt eine leichte Brotigkeit hinzu, die aber für ein alkoholfreies Bier recht neutral ist. Leider gibt es keine nennenswerte Herbe, die sich hier entgegenstellen würde. Malziger, leicht getreidig-brotiger Nachgeschmack mit einer gewissen „Alkoholfrei-Grundsüße“. Dennoch gut trinkbar und süffig.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig süß, getreidig. Geschmack süß malzig, getreidig, typisches alkoholfreies.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium golden yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, cereal, malt, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111107]

Bottle. Purchased at a rest stop somewhere east of Zurich (apparently the Swiss don’t trust the truck drivers as much as the Germans). Sweet malt aroma and flavor - clear golden color with small head.. Could only handle a few drinks before I had to dump it.
