Slightly hazy golden-amber, off-white head. Smells of old moldy malts, with some dull unfresh fruit notes, butterscotch. Dull dry malts - very little malt character, in fact - greenish herbal hops with crisp spicy bitterness. Mediocre.

Tap at Pražský festival piva. Rumpál 12° - like it has constantly appeared for a while now. An investigation is in order. Back to the beer. Golden body, white head. Almost no aroma, light flowery touches. Lean flowery taste, slightly chalky, dry, almost no bitterness. Quite okay, sessionable.

(tap 0,25l @ Axiom pub (Brno)) (sold as Axiom 12°, not Axiom Rumpál, which was at the same time on another tap with different price and abv, sold as different beer. Probably different batch while tweaking recipe.) Overall: Good czech lager. Good hoppy. Some acceptable diacetyl. Aroma: Hoppy, light diacetyl. Appearance: Clear golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Medium sweet, light diacetyl, light bitter, hoppy. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.
