On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy maroon, with a small creamy head. Aroma is spicy notes of cardamom and cinnamon, kandi, dark fruits, leather and apple pie, as well as bourbon barrels and some boozy notes. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dark malts, with bread, kandi, spicy notes of nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon, as well as apple pie, vanilla, muscovado and bourbon barrels.

On draft at Dominion Wine and Beer. Pours a hazy brown with a tan head. Aromas are toffee and vanilla. Flavors are sweet caramel. Really sweet but tasty.

375 ml bottle poured into a teku. Dark amber brown with beige head. Aromas of apple, cinnamon, graham cracker, bourbon. Tastes of booze, bourbon, cinnamon, apple. Medium body with a dry finish. Like an apple crumble with bourbon.
