Ein schönes, klassisches IPA belgischer Prägung, das eine nette Verbindung zwischen belgischen, eher malzlastigen Bieren zu amerikanischen, eher hopfenlastigen IPAs. So kommt neben Biskuit 🍰 eine volle Ladung Hopfen mit zitronigen 🍋 und grasigen 🌾 Noten gepaart mit der Trübung eine NEIPA, aber nicht so intensiv auf Hopfen getrimmt. Man könnte sicher noch mehr aus dem Bier 🍺 herausholen, aber ich fand es duch sehr angenehm zu trinken.

Small off-white head, fast gone over unclear ochre beer. Caramel, C-hops, (heated) orangepeel, chalk, grapefruitliqueur. Bit dullish, neutral flavour; some caramel, orange, honeyish grapes. Slight to more important oxydation (check: well within BBd). Hint of (old) other grains. Lightstruck? Light body, certain slickness, medium carbonation at best. Seriously disappointing. What went wrong here?

Bottle at the brewery. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Pretty assertive phenolic belgiany yeast presence. Soft malty background. Med-low bitterness, light sweetness. Overall rather spicy, not much hops to be found here. Pretty weird for an IPA, this does not resemble the style at all. It is a pretty easy drinking sessionable beer though, with ABV hidden well. Quite good.

Pours fairly clear, tad cloudy, blonde. Small white head. Scent is fairly mild, candy-sweet, malty. Taste is mildly bitter, sweet, bit oxidated, though it's freshly brewed like 1-2 months ago, and freshly put on tap. I hope this isn't how the brewer wanted it to be ? Mild fruity (candy) . Not great, like a 2 year old IPA would be...

Tap at La Binouze, Paris, first beer trip of 2023z. Pours clear and golden frothy white head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is bitter, fruity, some biscuit. Not bad

Clear golden colour with thin head. A simple but well balanced IPA. Biscuity malt base. Pleasantly bitter. Touch of citrus pith.

33cl bottle from Carrefour market @ in Tervuren near Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: deep gold, milky hazy. A: nice fruity, orange, tangerine, passion fruits, mango, pine touch, onion. T: medium malty base, tangerine, bit grapefruits, pine, bit herbal, medium carbonation, ok for IPA with Saison twist, enjoyed yet nothing memorable.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Trocken herber Beginn. leicht bitter, weich würzig. Wenig grasig, langer Nachhall, harmonisch. 10/9/8/8/5/8
