Can picked up from the Brewheart webshop, Otterfing, Bayern, Deutschland consumed at home Thursday 28th January 2021. Had a Fish Pie for tea. I had this whilst undertaking my Natalya Watson Beer School via Zoom. Pours light amber with a white head. Wow this is a nailed on classic West Coast IPA, steady but prolonged bitterness, nice citrussy fruit bite throughout, I get grapefruit, light pithiness, plenty of resinous touches here with a huge dry finish. Amazing stuff. This is probably the best beer that I have had from Brewheart and one of my favourite West Coast IPAs ever, it's that good, loving the C hops.
