We are excited to introduce the world’s first alcohol-free single hop beer series. At the brewery, we experimented with over 30 different single hop recipes and have brewed our favourites to share with you. All hops used in this series come directly from carefully selected manufacturers for the highest quality and freshest hops.
Centennial is one of the most well-respected hops since being released in the 1990’s. Named after the centennial anniversary of Washington state. Old school and incredibly well rounded.

Can sourced from Hoptimaal and shared at home (27/03/2021) - almost clear golden yellow with a tiny white head. Fruity with centennial citrus and floral notes, grass, pine, minerals, sweet bready malty backing, light body, bitter edged hoppy finish. 0.33 l can from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before July 2021. A little hazy, pale golden yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of stonefruit, carambola, quince and some spruce. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of stonefruit, carambola, quince, mirabelle and light spruce, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally grassy and a little worty finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, wort, damp, grain, cereal, lemon and tart fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl Blik van OnderNulPuntVijf. Troebel bleekgele kleur, witte kraag. Zoet, wat wort, maar ook fris, citrus, wat gras, licht zuurtje. Lichte body.

330ml can, from the Beer52 Shop: BB 10th Jul 2021. Poured at home on 11th Jan 2021. Very pale golden body, almost clear; on top a white head. The Centennial Hops do their thing and this has a lemon/citrus front, back and sides. Actually it's OK.
