Draft. A yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of youghurt, lemons, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry finish. Not sour enough.

Tap at the brewpub. Very pale straw with small white head. Sour grains, light lemon, fresh wheat, light white cheese, grilled cheese sandwich maybe? Soft grass and cornflakes. Medium sour and very light sweet and bitter. Bit bland.
