White Music Beer is unique amongst Belgian Whites. Belgian Whites traditionally feature Citrus from orange peel and spice from coriander. Belgo Sapiens Brewers have taken a different approach using US hops to give the citrus notes while lifting the beer by spicing with ginger and grains of paradise.
