Combined Harvest is a unique combination of brewing worts, or extracts from a variety of cereals. Most premium ales are brewed only using malted barley, but this multigrained beer has a unique multigrain blend of malted barley, oats, rye and wheat. Grainy tasting with a delightful floral start and finish.

Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium amber color with a medium sized soapy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy pepper, wheat, bread and was a touch grainy. The flavor was tangy, dryish and somewhat bitter with a grainy wheat presence, faint pepper, citrus, bread and anise. The finish was medium length tangy, bready and grainy. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle, 12C. Golden amber with a small off-white head. Very grainy aroma - you can certainly pick up the oats and rye - with some flowers. Rather flat mouthfeel. Taste is very grainy and quite sweet. Iโm not convinced the mixture of grains works and the bitterness struggles to peek out at the end.

bottle from the village shop in Colyton. Deep amber-golden colour, large off-white head. Grainy-sweet aroma. Full-bodied, slightly sweet multigrain malt flavours, hints of honey. Unusual but very nice.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear golden with a off white bubbly head. Grain, hay, bread and citrus. Medium bodied. Dry and short end.

Bottle at home. Pours a perfectly clear, light honey-brown with a fading head. Aroma holds some lightly tart fruits, lemon and cherries perhaps, with soggy, mixed malts. Flavor isnโt bad, not terribly exciting, mildly sweet with some faint tartness, bread, alcohol and light bitterness. Light to medium in body with average to lively carbonation. Crisp and clean to finish, light to medium sweet, more subtle booze. Nothing too wrong here, but nothing too right, either.

was surprised to see such a low rating for this, i thought it was a very enjoyable session style bitter. the color and aroma were both very pleasing, yes very expected, nothing too far out of the norm here, the taste is a nice balance of hops and malts with a buttery toasty taste in the back of the throat. very enjoyable indeed.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pale amber, small head. Fruity nose with overripe fruits and ash. Sweet and fairly light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt and spicy hops. Mildly resiny bitterness.

Small white head. Coppery body. Perfumy roasty caramel aroma with earthy notes. Dryish earthy caramelly rye taste with oily notes. Mild mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dryish rye caramel aftertaste with perfumy earthy notes. Mild, unusual, drinkable, but not very interesting. (0.5l bottle, plan b, Copenhagen.)
