Inspired by the cunning countryside fox, this moreish auburn ale combines the biscuity and aromatic qualities of our speciality malts with the citrus hop charge of Celeia and Cascade hops. A refreshing beer ideal with spicy Mexican dishes. We’ve been brewing in the heart of Dorset since 1777.

Cask at The Prince Edward in Bayswater. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is lightly plummy with some floral. Flavor is mild caramel and light darkish fruit (oxymoronic that?). Pretty much balanced. Mildly bitter. Refreshing after a long walk on a warm day.
