Hazy orange colour with no head. Aroma has earthy, funky farmhouse notes. Funky taste too. Adding the yeast from the bottle intensifies the taste. Elements of citrus pith bitterness and lime zest too.

Pours unclear blonde, scent is full, funky, brett, oak. Taste is full, doughy, mild on the IPA. Brett forward . more like a brett ale than a sour IPA to me.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of grapes, orange fruits, brett. Taste of Brett, apricot, orange fruits, nice.

Draught Darker ashwood to orange coloured beer with a small but stable white rim. Lactic acid, wild yeasts, spicy, wood, solvent. Brettanomyces very obvious in the mouth; flavours of sweet peach, wood & dry spices. Light body, not lean, medium carbonation, slick. Not half bad.

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, soapy, shower gel (weird), funky, sourish, fruity, sour apples. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, fruity, apples, floral, lots of tannins, dry, bitter. Aftertaste: fruity, apples, wood notes, sourish, spicy, cloves.

Taster at Grand Cru Tap Room, Santarcangelo, Italy. Pours light red with practically no foam. Aroma is Brett, fruity. Body is kind of thin, like carbonation. Taste is moderately sour with some finishing bitterness that you cannot avoid noticing. Finish is regular.

Draught @ VAF2018, [ Vilnius Beer Festival 2018 ], Menu fabrikas Loftas, Švitrigailos 29, Vilnius 03209, Litauen. [ As Barbarrique Bang Bretta ]. ABV: 7.9%. Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, funk - funky, light moderate hoppy, brett, moderate yeasty, leather, grapes, wine, wine barrel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, funky, wood, grapes, wine, wine barrels, brett, funk, leather. Tap @ VAF 2018 / 30.11. Lightly hazy dark orange. super nice funky brett nose, tart and autumny, near perfect for me. Tastes tart sour, fruity and brett character brings so much great funk and barnyard its amazing. Wow. Well balanced, sour, getting some oak as well. Wow, wow, wow. me like it.
