Can. Drove Orchards. Sat in the hotel room in Brancaster Staithe. Very light haze on a lemony gold. Slim white swede. Nose has sweet lightly honeyed malts. Nettle leaf hoppage. Taste is crisp bitter and moderately dry. Some sweetness on the lips. Decent easy drinking. Quite robust on the bitterness to finish.

Keg at Gidea Park Micropub. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, reasonably sweet. Mild lager tang. December hops, slightly citrus. Semi dry crisp finish. Nice job.

Draught Good, dense white head; hazy golden beer. "herb" malts, bit spicy, herbal, even a tad peppery, grassy. Bitterish, "feinherb", yet quite malty throughout. Grass, pepper. Bitterness increases gradually, acquiring a more hoppy character. Feels remarkably chewy for its density, exceptional for a Pilsener. Good carbonation. A lot of German brewed Pilseners just don't reach this level.

Large foamy white head stayed on an unclear pale amber coloured body. Grain, biscuit & malt aroma. Medium bodied, lively on the tongue with a cloying back. Grain, malt, bitter, citrus & hoppy tastes with a tangy finish. Crisp.
