Another best seller at the taproom, now available in can conditioned format. Fruity esters from the English Ale Yeast combine with Bramling Cross Hops to give fruit cake notes in this classic strong bitter. Also makes an excellent shandy.

On tap at Hops, Crewe. Nose has general maltiness with hints of herbs. Pours a slightly hazy red brown with a beige head. Mouthfeel is a heady combination of bready, creamy peppety malts, with chestnuts to the fore. General nuttiness in the finish. Would happily drink this one again.
