A Scottish sour ale fermented with brambles and basil, aged in gin barrels.
Elevate the senses and gain a new outlook with this, our latest spirit-barrel release. Heightened aromas from a bouquet of gin botanicals are cooled by herbal notes from earth basil. Juicy, jam-like bramble character gives way to a piquant tartness in this Scottish sour ale. Tart to the finish, perfectly balanced for the safest of touchdowns.
Gyronaut - Fly right.

500ml bottle from Brewdog. Cloudy red with a foamy white head. Tart berry aroma, flavour is more mellow than expected but still zingy. Not getting much gin but that's a good thing in my book

On tap at BrewDog Newcastle. Ruby red colour with a slight head. Aroma and taste are jammy berry, slight herb with a big acidic finish.
