(Bottle) Golden colour with lasting, frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with gooseberries, pineapple, citrus, flowers, green grapes, herbal hops and white bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of pineapple, gooseberries, orange peel, honey, white bread and a generous herbal, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Really tasty with a rich herbal hop presence. Very nice.

Shared 650 ml bottle, as Garage Project Sauvin Nouveau Grape Harvest Pilsener, ABV 8.1%. Pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Moderate aroma of grapes and spicy hops. Distinct flavour of crisp white grapes and spicy hops.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Spicy grapefruit nose. Medium body, some sweet malt, but also a rather yeasty edge before the spiciness of the hops kicks in once again. Fairly bitter finish. Feels more like a Super Saison than like an Imperial Pilsner. 010219

Tap at Garage 91 Aro. Clear golden with white head. Light vanilla, white grapes, soft crisp malts, touch of bread, gooseberries, kiwi fruits, Star fruit. Lots of bright crisp fruit! Just medium sweet, almost medium bitter and light sour. Just medium bodied. Oh yeah this is another experiment gone well.

15th Dec 2017, five beers on draft from this brewery at the Stadium Brewing Company, Aliso Viejo, California, I had all five. Clear golden body, wispy white head. Tropical fruits in both the nose and taste with a strong Orange like flavour. Happy Hour price, liked it.

Draft at City Beer, S.F. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma of fermented white grapes, apple notes. Taste is white grape, white wine, light malt, oak, grass, alcohol. Unique, but ultimately don’t think it works very well.

Bottle @ OlutExpo 2016. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth. Aroma of juicy fruits, zesty grapefruit, lemon and citrus. Taste is sweetish, fruity and zesty with some grapefruit and lemon. Finish is sweet, zesty lemony and citrusy with some fruits and soda like notes. A bit artificial fruity.

650ml bottle. Aroma is a sauvignon blanc with grass, gooseberry and a little sweaty note. Taste is huge juicy gooseberry. It’s tart, big grape and it hides the underlying pilsner well. Delicious. Rerate: Bought a can. Nice yellow pour. Gorgeous honey malt start and then loads of passionfruit and so much gooseberry. Bumped up a few points.
