We whacked some sourdough from our friends at Pizza Face into some wort and the result is this funky, fresh and tart sour! Expect subtle smoke in the front which immediately gives way to a fruity tartness reminiscent of apples and grape skins with a clean finish.

On tap at BrewDog Brighton. Lightly hazy golden colour almost no head. Light fruity sour, light fresh body.
