Level 42 Bottleshare. Almost clear gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dry malts, light creamy sweetness. Mild pine. Mild hop spice. Smooth mango and a little ripe orange. Spicy orange. Touch of lemon. Light spicy finish. Spicy linger. Nice job, fruity and spicy and drinkable.

Can at L42 - it pours clear orange - copper with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, orange marmalade, tangerine, sticky and candy. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pithy, zesty, orange marmalade, nectarine, tangerine, candy and a bit of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Quaffable stuff. Enjoyable.

Bottle split at L42, from an IP thanks to Explosive Doge, 05/01/18. Clear golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy hop, straw, toasted malts, bitter orange, grapefruit. Taste comprises grassy hop bite, spice, orange pith, mango, pine needle, pineapple, soft breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with grassy hop bitterness. Ok mellow DIPA.

Bottle at a tasting. Typical American style IPA - considerable balancing sugary caramelly maltiness in the backbone. However hops bitterness and character hold the high ground, orange, citrusy, fruity, resiny. Rich and intense, yet balanced. Great one!

Can from MartinB, many thanks. Orange golden color with medium white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light citrus hops, alcohol. Taste, sweet malty base followed by distinct citrus hoppy bitterness with alcohol. Long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

500ml bottle (also had on tap). Crisp, with lots of citrus and some tropical notes. Quite full bodied.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out heaps of tropical fruits, some slightly dank hoppiness and caramel malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rich resinous hops, caramel malt and tropical fruitiness. Wonderfully balanced, with a pretty pungent fruitiness. Lovely stuff.

On tap at Alehouse Project, Melbourne: big citrus nose that really showcases the varietal. Crisp mouthfeel. A possibly sessionable double IPA with good balance. If you love citra, then this is the beer for you.

Pours clear amber, some foam that reduces fast. Aroma is dry, resiny, sticky. Stickily dry? Lots of citra, freshness, some dry tropical fruits. Aftertaste is somewhat sweet, resins and pine needles there too. Good, very American style, fresh and potent. Enjoyed this one a lot!
