(Cask at Tapping the Admiral, Kentish Town, London, 29 May 2025) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit and toffee. Malty taste with caramel, dried fruit, toffee, apricots and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced bitter. Nice one

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of apple, orange, toffee, slightly nutty, and malty. A fruity, nutty, slightly watery finish. Not bad.

On cask at Good Intent, Birmingham. Pours a cloudy dark gold with small white head, nice lacing. Aroma of toasted and sweet malts. Taste is a bit flabby and undefined. Some fruitiness and wishy-washy malts. Disappointing.
