This sour beer is brewed with a combination of wheat and lager malt. It was soured in the kettle over a few days and then infused with Spanish Salustiana orange zest giving the beer a delicate orange flavour to enhance the natural citrus notes of the sour. It has just the right level of tartness to to make it amazingly refreshing and full of flavour. We don’t do boring.

Bottle from Inn At Home, Guildford. Funky citrus atoma - not necessarily orange. Bright amber orange. Bubbly white head just rings the inner rim. Medium sour but it's a short burst. Soon drops down to more of a hum. Underlying umami. Thin bodied. Watery but benefits from soft carbonation. Astringent finish. Refreshing. Crisp. If a tad basic.

Bottle from Eebria. Pale yellow colour with a white head. Pithy orange aroma and taste that sour to light bitter. Medium body.
