All you gotta do is try a little tenderness …

A gorgeous american amber ale, built around a light biscuit, caramel sweet centre – and which, in my experience - is highly sessionable.

A wonderful amber-coloured beer that promises a light-footed dance across your palate. Bright hop aroma leads the beer, followed by a light biscuit, caramel sweet centre. The beer makes a quick impression, then exits drily.

Bottle from Inn At Home, Guildford. The aroma is a heavy hit of malt, back up by some jabbing berries. Chestnut, with a ruby tint. Light opaque. Frothy beige head. Medium bitter. Hoppy. With a berry sourness peaking and then giving way to the bitterness again. Medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. It's raw. Not quite balanced. But drinkable enough.
