Buddel: Deep golden, a bit unclear, medium-sized creamy white head, moderate sweetish corny-malty nose with traces of toasted malt, herbal-flowery hops hardly detectable; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; slightly lingering and more hoppy bitter-sweet finish. Not overly aromatic, but very well quaffable...

0.3 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before July 2019. Just a bit hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, floral-grassy and slightly fruity aroma of caramel, grains, fresh grass, some honey and light citrus. Gently sweet, malty, slightly bitter, moderately grassy, a little floral and a bit fruity taste of caramel, grains, honey, some grass and a touch of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant beer, highly quaffable and well-balanced.

Hopfiger, getreidig süßlicher Beginn. Spritzig, der Hopfen wirkt etwas drückend, dunkel, okay. Spritzig, kaum bitter, mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 10/10/11/11/12/11
