Zacht hoppige geur, wat granige pils. Beetje zwavelachtig. Niet zo goed als de helles, maar prima lager

Can. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Clear gold. Lots of fast rising bubbles make for a thick, lasting, white head. Nose has grassy hop. Privet. Some lemony notes. Sweet malt backdrop. Taste is a little sweet, with a decent level of leafy bitterness. Light body. Foamy carbonation. A little thin. Light bittersweet finish. Ok, but I’ll have multiple Carling any day, for the same price.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours totally clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Quite simple, lots of biscuits, straw, cereal, corn. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish. So so.

Craft TCR Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus for the can. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Decent bready malts. Little citric peel. Touch of brighter orange. Light finish. Not bad.
