Our latest IPA is a classic India Pale Ale with a well balanced hoppy and malty character.
Its caramel and biscuit malt flavouring paired with English hops give it a fruity, yet dry and bitter finish.
A classic ale enjoyed in the modern day.

Tried at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2016. As Ampthill Brewhouse IPA. Amber colour with a white head. Seemed more bitter than IPA to me. Aroma flight fruit and floral. Taste caramel then bitter sweet.
