Draft. JUL-2019. Inky black, dark espresso head. The aroma is still pretty heavy on coffee, but does have some background malts and chocolate that make it a stout. I more green hops - yeah! Same with the taste - rich dark chocolate liqueur, good booze, enough coffee. No crappy hop vegetation - a tad of clean alpha acids. Really nice. 3,9/5.
MAR-2019. Bottle. Almost black (not murky), beige head. The aroma is most like green hops, vegetal, spicy grass, green walnut skins. Only light notes of marshmallow or smth. The taste is actually a pretty good balance of a stout, inky lightly vanilla flavoured and even lighter coffee notes - a really fine balance. But the vegetal bitterness, unlike the cleaner buttering only hops, does not play well here. 3,6/5.
Green coffee (nutty), roasted coffee, vanilla, espresso and a boatload of hops. Smooth, creamy texture, roasty and fruity finish. Nice! 4.1
