Bottle, archival, at ČP. BB 04.07.2016, so slightly generous scores. Hazy old gold body, white head. Sweetish malty aroma with light herbal touches - the hops are still holding up somewhat. Lean, clean malty body, with maybe light traces of apple as a sign of age, some light herbal notes. Okay, to be rerated fresh if that will ever be possible, aged okay.

500ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Onion, caramel and apricot in the aroma. Strange oniony taste with caramel, nuts and apricot. By far my least favourite of the Polish hopped beers from this brewery.

Piękna drobnopęcherzykowa piana. Piwo lekko zmętnione. W aromacie cytrusy, zioła, kwiaty, miód, ananas, nuty korzenne a w tle karmel. Aromat subtelny. Smak słodowy i poza nieprzyjemną szorstką łodygową goryczką nic się więcej nie dzieje. Goryczka poza łodygowością jest wysoka i dość długo zalegająca. Nasycenie idealne. Ogólnie poza zachęcającym aromatem piwo trochę rozczarowuje.

Hazy deep gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely crisp. Thin malts but reasonably sweet. Nice light orange - tangerine, touch of lemon. A light tang and a whisper of lime. Sweetish floralness and a mild amount of citric peel. Light semi dry finish. Clean and flavoursome, the characters of this (for me) little known hop are writ large here. Very nice job.

Slightly hazy, golden beer with really nice head. Weak aroma of hops, resin, malt. Medium to high bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Medium carbonation. Very drinkable.

New Year Bottle Share in Odense. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with light fruity hop notes and a bit of sulphur. Dry fruity and malty flavour with a hint of dark berries. I don’t think Pulawski hops are meant for single hop pale ales...

Bottleshare @ Rekviums Pizza Palace, Odense C. My fifteen thousand party bash. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Maad toffee, insane dms and grains. Filth!

Butelka 0.5l (04.07.2016). Piwo praktycznie klarowne o ciemno-złotej barwie, bardzo drobnej, obfitej pianie w kolorze lekko przybrudzonej bieli, trwałej i delikatnie znaczącej ścianki szkła. Aromat w pierwszym momencie, bezpośrednio z butelki, cytrusowy z nutami żywicy, może niezbyt intensywny ale wyraźny jak na polski chmiel. Po chwili jednak zaczynają przeważać nuty słodowe z jakimś dziwnym akcentem ale nie wiem co to. Ogólnie jest przyzwoicie. W smaku bardzo fajna, lekka, krótka i niezalegająca ziołowa goryczka, może z bardzo subtelną pikantna nutką na finiszu i słodkawym, słodowym akcentem. Piwo lekkie w odbiorze, gładkie z bardzo przyjemną, zwiewną goryczką, zwłaszcza jak na nasz rodzimy chmiel, pijalne. Kolejna odsłona pokazująca, że z polskiego chmielu można zrobić dobre piwo. Zaraz po Marynce, drugie na mojej liście z serii Dziedzictwo.
