On tap. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata ed elegante. L'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medie costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza costituiscono. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, nocciole tostate, agrumi e ananas.

Bottle at pork 'n roll, rome. Dark brown, light brown head. Flowery sweet hoppy and malty aroma. Very slightly flowery fruity. Flavor is malty and discreetly spicy and dark fruity. As good as a real belgian dubbel, perhaps even better. Clean. Well balanced bitterness

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours an elegant amber with moderate whitish foam, very fine. Aroma is malty and caramel, but moderate. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet. Finish is long and sweet.
