Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

valóban egy belga strong ale-re hajaz édeskés, szirupos, erős leginkább a maredsous jut eszembe róla. nem mintha emlékeznék az mijen vót. de határozottan olyan ez is. lehet hogy ez már a duvel-hatás? receptátcsoportosítás? ... na inkább iszom még egyet.

Bottle. Pours a golden pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty bready aroma. Fruity malty grainy bready flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy bready finish.

Bottle, 075l. Cloudy deep copper pour, one finger soapy off-white head, short lasting. Minimal lacing on the glass. Average on the nose, yeasty, candy notes, mild fruity. Notes of coriander. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, easily drinkable, moderately chewy. Goes down quite nicely. Bittersweet liquory taste. Aroma of caramel malt, Belgian yeast, wheat, candy. Mild sticky. Herbal spiciness, coriander. Fruity background, notes of dried fruits. Lingering alcohol presence, subtle burn, drying. Medium lasting finish, boozy. Not bad.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25C). Bottle 0.5 cl - Batch T22 (BBF 21.06.21). AROMA: medium-high fuity aroma with notes of oranges and candied pears. slight clove phenolics and citrus. medium malty background with a slightly sweet character. low alcholic notes. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and clear. medium white head, creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-low fruity notes (orange-ish), slight phenolics. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly yeasty finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. smooth alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an ok belgian-style ale brewed in the czech republic.
