The use of bottom fermenting yeast at lower temperatures makes for pronounced bitterness & a mild floral aroma that comes from the use of North American Cascade Hops.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is grainy with dusty straw and soft floral-ish hops. Hint of grass and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Body is light and weak. Aroma is kinda decent but flavour and body leave much to be desired.

33cl bottle from FreshMed supermarket Etterbeek, Brussels. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: gold, light hazy. A: sweet malty, grainy, bit caramel. T: sweet grainy, bit something like sour aspect yet not from spoiled tones, bit oxidized, medium carbonation, not very for the style for me.

Bottle at a Lebanese restaurant in Rennes. Clear golden with small white head. Sweet malts, paper, soft yeast, light flowery, bitter herbs, yoghurt, a bit of sour milk. Almost medium sweet and bitter, very light sour. Almost medium bodied. OK for what it is.
