Bottle. Amber color. Plums, pear and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Plummy, malty sweet flavor with floral hops. Fruity version of a sticke alt, but a satisfying one.

Barwa bursztynowa, niemal klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, tostowe, karmelowe. W smaku półsłodkie, nuty chlebowo-tostowe, lekko karmelowe. lekko estrowe. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie średnie, ciała nieco brakuje, brakuje orzechów i wyraźniejszych nut tostowych.

0.5 l bottle from '100 pív', best before August 2018. Clear, deep reddish amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly grassy-spicy and a little roasty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts, some straw and traces of raisins. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather grassy-spicy, slightly fruity and minimally roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts, bread crust, straw, some raisins and a touch of chocolate, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy, slightly dry and a bit roasty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really nice, hits the style well, interestingly at only 5% abv.

Pours clear, darker brown. Small white head. Smell is rather weak. mild caramel. Light DMS note. Taste is nice and creamy, crispy malts ( caramel ) slight metallic features, but not overly intensely so. Tad sweet, and bitterness just enough to back it up . Well made Alt. Perhaps not as great as the ones in Dusseldorf, but certainly comes close !
