Copper in color, full of body - Altbier is brewed only once a year in its' stronger, well-hopped version which is called Sticke which means "secret". zapach przyjemny ale niezbyt intensywny. słody, jesienne owoce, rodzynki, lekki karmel i odrobina kwiatów. kolor bursztynowy do rubinowego, poważnie ale równomiernie zmętniony. piana bardzo skąpa i szybko znika. w smaku pełne, mocno słodowe, ale też orzeźwiające, kwiatowe i owocowe. lekkie nuty karmelu i herbaty. goryczka średnia, wyraźnie wyczuwalna ale odsunięta na drugi plan. ziołowo grapefruitowe. długo pozostaje w ustach. bardzo niskie nasycenie

Clear chestnut-coloured beer, hardly carbonated with a small yellowish rim. Malt, coloured malts, chocolate, plywood, caramel (as in lots of...) Darker malts, with a retronasal horsechestnut-like bitterness. Bitter caramel, autumn leaves. Bit sticky MF, medium bodied at best, undercarbonated. Small spike of bitterness returning in the aftertaste. Mweuhyeah.... Thanks to Aga!

Bottle, 0.50l. Clear amber brown color with medium frothy tan-like head, some lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel, grassy hops, toasted malt, dried fruits and cooked corn. Taste starts with light sweet but rich caramel and toasted malt, following is grassy and bready sour, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Haven’t tried many altbiers, however this one seems to be completely acceptable...

Ladny ciemno bursztynowy kolor, piana krotka minimalnie oblepiajaca szklo. Aromat slodowy, przyjemny. W smaku zdecydowanie slodowe zbalansowane z lekka wytrawnoscia i goryczka w tle - bardzo przyjemna kompozycja. Piwo tresciwe ale dobrze pijalne, jestem mile zaskoczony.

Big beige head. Clear deep dark brownish red body. Roasted caramelized sugar aroma with mineraly earthy cinnamon notes. Dry roasty mineraly earthy taste with spicy notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry roasty caramelly earthy aftertaste with mineraly notes. Very odd, and definitely unlike any altbier I ever tried. Not bad, though. (0.5l bottle, from some supermarket in Warsaw.)

Dobre, z wielka piana i do tego bardzo trwala, co nie czesto sie zdarza w przypadku Pinty. Tu jest pod tym wzgledem inaczej. Bursztynowy odcien, bez osadu, z lekka i nie natretna nutka karmelu. Brzyjemne degustacyjne piwo, fajnie sie popijalo z potrawa rybna. Ale jesli chodzi o porownanie do Alta niemieckiego, jakiegokolwiek to niestety wypada bardzo slabienko.
