High fermentation real ale, its fine and natural foam is an invitation to taste. Fragrant, its sparkling is guaranteed only thanks to its natural fermentation, it has very little carbonation. On the nose, there are pleasant notes of toasted cereals and red fruits, which are reflected in the taste.

A hazy amber beer with a brown head. The aroma is sour spicy and yeasty, combined with some notes of caramel, while the flavor is very sour - seems infected. I better visit the brewery.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark amber with a creamy, beige head. Tart aroma with some caramel also. Roasted malt in the flavour and sourness. Most likely this is infected like way to many bottled, French microbrews. Joergen tells me that he once had this on tap at the brewery - nice and NOT infected. So it can be done... 280705

Hazy copper color; big head. Aroma quite metallic, of yeast and some hops. Quite dry, a bit astringent, over-fermented, too much carbonation, quite strong bitterness at the end. A touch of smoked malt.Too much craft style. Astringent and aggressive.

Orange coloured. Very bitter, hop aromatic, medium bodied. A bit like an IPA. Also known as Coreff Bier Goularz, which I reckon, is the name in Breton.
