Til Nordic Brew Festival i 2014, hvor Limfjordsporteren kunne fejre 25 års jubilæum, udviklede den tidligere og den nuværende brygmester en festivaludgave af Limfjordsporter med ca. 20 gange så højt lakridsindhold som den originale. I 2015 kom den så i en udgave tappet på flaske kaldet Limfjordsporter Lakrids, hvor indholdet af lakrids er justeret ned til 16,66 gange det oprindelige indhold fra Limfjordsporteren.
Indholdet af lakrids i denne kulsorte porter er så højt, at vi på etiketten må advare mod indtagelse af mere end 2-3 flasker på en gang.

Bottle. Black body with a big, lacing, creamy beige head. Nice aroma of dark roasted malt, smoke, lots of licorice and some coffee. Flavor is medium sweet, dark malt, roast, smoke, licorice and coffee like aroma. Fine body and god aftertaste. Nice take on a real classic.

Bottled. Deep brownish black colour, mediumsized creamy brown head. Aroma is smoke, liquorice, some coffee, alcohol and mild roasted notes. Flavour is alcohol, some liquorice, smoke, mild toffee as well as some roasted notes and mild warming alcohol. Quite nicely balanced. Still prefer the original LP to this one.

Bottle. Black, creamy brown head. Roast and licorice nose. Medium full creamy body. Sweet licorice, chocolate, pleasant roast, light spice and salt. Lovely.

500 ml bottle, probably from Skjold Burne Hjørring. ABV is 7.9%. Black colour, large tan head. Aroma of roast malts, tar, old rope and liquorice. The flavour is moderately sweet and roasty with dominant liquorice, hints of tar and tobacco.

500mL bottle, courtesy of fonefan (thanks a lot, Jan!), pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out smoked malt, some peat, and black liquorice. Flavour is nice and roasty, with peaty smoke, black liquore, and roasted malt. Lots of black liquorice in here, leaving quite the bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle. Pours pitch black with a big brown head. Aromas of looots of licorice, well too much, dark sugar, light smoke, malts, gun powder, chocolate. Taste has the same over the top licorice, licorice root, smoke, gunpowder, malt, chocolate.

Aus der Flasche im 2019-06 getrunken. Dieses Lakritz-Porter hat mir eine zu schräge Dominanz der Lakritzaromen. So ein Porter kriege ich heute nicht runter. Also leider weg damit in den Ausguß.
